Tickets are provided free of charge so that you can make Road to Bethlehem a regular part of your family calendar each year. As sessions are limited in size, please be sure of your chosen time allocation prior to booking so that others dont miss out. All online bookings close at 4pm on the day of the event.
Booking by phone

Note: Phone bookings will not be available after 12noon, Friday 14th December.
Groups – Groups up to 30 can be booked online. For larger groups, please book by phone as above.
Those with Special Needs – Special Needs are catered for in our 6:20pm tour each night. Special needs includes those with wheelchairs, walkers, etc. These bookings only by phone.
Booking in person at the Big Tent – subject to availability
If you have NOT prebooked tickets you may join the queue at the ticket booth in the Big Tent. Tour sizes are limited to 100 per tour. Any tickets that haven’t been collected by 5 minutes before the tour start time will be reissued as gate tickets on the night.
Important notes for all bookings
Tickets for the 2018 event are limited to 5,500. Group tours of 100 in size leave the Big Tent approximately every 10 minutes from 6:20pm to 9:20pm each night. Tour sizes is up to 100 people. Each tour takes around an hour. We encourage that bookings without children choose time slots after 7:30pm if possible, to allow families with young children to access earlier time slots.
